MMA Fighting has UFC Vegas 108 results for the Taira vs. Park fight card, a live blog of the main event, and more from UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
In the main event, rising contenders Tatsuro Taira and Hyun Sung Park square off in a five-round flyweight contest. Taira, the No. 9-ranked flyweight in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings, returns to action for the first time in 10 months and looks to bounce back from his first career loss to Brandon Royval in the main event of UFC Vegas 98 this past October.
Park took the opportunity to headline his first UFC event on short notice, replacing Amir Albazi, who was pulled from the bout a week prior after not receiving medical clearance. “Peace of Mind” is 10-0 as a pro with nine straight finishes, including a 3-0 start to his UFC run.
Mateusz Rebecki and Chris Duncan battle it out in an exciting lightweight contest in the co-main event.
