The Flawless Face-Off: Women’s Evolution Era is officially underway, and we’ve already collected an amazing round of nominations celebrating this historic era in women’s wrestling. But before we dive into the full list of names and matches so far, there’s a small—but important—update to the categories.
To make sure the Face-Off truly captures the range and depth of matches during this era, we’ve adjusted two categories to better reflect the variety of non-title matches that stood out:
- Favorite Non-Title Tag-Team/Multi-Woman Match
(Previously “Favorite Non-Title Tag-Team/Multi-Woman Tag Match”)
This category is now open to all non-title multi-woman matches—including Survivor Series Eliminations, Money in the Bank ladder matches, Mixed Match Challenge bouts, Gauntlet Matches, etc. - Favorite Non-Title Singles Match
(Previously “Best Non-Title Stipulation Match”)
This will now highlight singles classics outside of title feuds—whether it was Champion vs. Champion showcases, Mae Young Classic bouts, storyline-driven matches, etc.
We made these changes to open the field wider and make sure no classic goes overlooked.
As a reminder, the nomination windows is from WrestleMania 32’s triple threat match for the Raw Women’s Championship all the way to Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks for the Smackdown Women’s Championship headlining WrestleMania 37, this era was bold, transformative, and jam-packed with history-making performances. Now, we’re one step closer to crowning the true icons of this era.
