The Cincinnati Bengals have been through a tough time this season.
Their defense has failed to keep opposing teams away from the endzone, and their record doesn’t reflect how well Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase have played.
To make things even worse, it now seems like one of their key contributors is looking at an extended period on the shelf.
The team recently ruled out HB Zack Moss because of a neck injury, and he won’t suit up vs. the Las Vegas Raiders.
HB Zack Moss (neck) has been downgraded to OUT for today’s game.

Moreover, it seems like the injury is severe enough for him to land on Injured Reserve (IR), meaning he would miss the next four games at the very least.
The Bengals signed Moss in free agency.
He’s been a solid complement to Chase Brown in the backfield, with both of them looking to fill in for Joe Mixon’s production.
So far, he’s logged 242 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
Brown is the team’s primary back right now, but Moss gave them more in pass protection, the two-minute offense, and obvious passing-down situations.
WR Tee Higgins is also more than likely to miss the game with a quadriceps injury, as he’s currently listed as doubtful.
The Bengals cannot afford another setback, much less against a seemingly beatable team, and a loss on Sunday could all but end their postseason hopes.
