Chet Holmgren was ruled out of the remainder of Sunday’s game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors after suffering a right hip injury. Holmgren took a scary fall when he went to challenge an Andrew Wiggins drive midway through the first quarter. Holmgren remained on the floor for a moment before needing help off the floor.
Holmgren didn’t put any weight on his right leg as exiting.
The Thunder are off to an 8-1 start with Holmgren averaging 18.2 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.9 blocks. Isaiah Hartenstein, Oklahoma City’s other center, has been out since the start of hte season with a fracture in his left hand.
