STARDOM was the last promotion to qualify a participant for the upcoming NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty International Women’s Cup. They hosted a mini tournament which landed Momo Watanabe the winner.
Watanabe now joins Athena (ROH), Willow Nightingale (ROH), and Persephone (CMLL) in the upcoming match.
Also at Wrestle Dynasty on Jan. 5, Mercedes Moné defends the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title in a Title vs. Title match against RevPro British Women’s Champion Mina Shirakawa.
